The Great Lakes Basin grant is titled “Sediment and Phosphorus Reduction in the Upper Riley Creek and Lower Riley Creek watersheds”. The grant provides cost-share money for farmers to install Cover Crops, Conservation Tillage, Filter Strips, and/or Grassed Waterways to reduce the loadings from sediment and phosphorus.
